These terms cover your use of nikhilosophy.com. This is Nikhil Prakash's personal site for internet finds, tools, games and enquiries about his services.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse and use the tools. Please don't misuse the forms, send spam or harmful content, interfere with the site, or try to access information that isn't yours. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and practices.

Notes and submissions

When you leave a note, the text and name you enter may be shown publicly, along with an approximate city supplied by the network. Please don't include private information or anything you do not have permission to share. Nikhil may hold, remove or decline notes that are abusive, spammy or otherwise inappropriate. A Work With Me enquiry is private and is used to respond to you; sending one does not itself book a service or create a paid agreement. See the Privacy page for how information is handled.

Services and payment

The site describes available services and indicative prices. The actual scope, schedule, payment and cancellation or refund terms need to be agreed directly with Nikhil before work begins. A form submission or email does not guarantee availability or a result.

Information and tools

Site content and interactive tools are offered for general use, not as professional, financial or legal advice. Generated responses, job links and outside resources can be incomplete or change; check important details yourself before relying on them. Nikhil does not promise particular views, sales, jobs or other outcomes.
